Ottawa store invites feedback on
upcoming fall John Fluevog collection
John Fluevog Shoes Trunk Show
Autumn/Winter 2011/12 Collection
soléa, a Carling Avenue shoe store is hosting a trunk show April 16th featuring
the autumn/winter 2011/12 collection from noted Canadian shoe designer
John Fluevog.
As an independent designer of forward-thinking footwear and accessories since 1970, John Fluevog has been steadfast in creating unique soles for unique souls
that have been seen everywhere from the feet of Madonna and the White Stripes
to the runways of high fashion.
Until recently, Fluevog fans in Ottawa have had to drive to Montréal or Toronto
to buy their Fluevogs. Now, they’re available in Ottawa, exclusively at soléa.
Ian Colquhoun, owner of soléa believes this trunk show will be the first of its kind
in Ottawa. ‘Michael Belgue, John Fluevog’s global sales director will be hosting this special event. There will be an informal fashion show and customers are encouraged to share their opinions of the upcoming fall Fluevog collection with our shoe buyers who will take special orders and book a fall order to accommodate their requests,’ says Colquhoun.
There will be a customer draw to receive a pair of complimentary Fluevogs
with special pricing offered to other draw winners. Refreshments and drinks
will be served.
